Your Role
Engineering builds infrastructure and admin UI. You own the science content:
- Rubric defaults (interviewer personality, scoring rules, probing strategies)
- Competency anchors (what 1-5 means for each competency)
- Scoring methodology (philosophy, thresholds, recommendation logic)
- Validity methodology (data collection, statistical tests, sample sizes)
- Adverse impact methodology (4/5ths rule, demographic categories, remediation)
- Assessment design (SJT items, cognitive tests — future phases)
Nothing ships that makes a psychometric claim without your validation.
