Engineering builds infrastructure and admin UI. You own the science content:

  • Rubric defaults (interviewer personality, scoring rules, probing strategies)
  • Competency anchors (what 1-5 means for each competency)
  • Scoring methodology (philosophy, thresholds, recommendation logic)
  • Validity methodology (data collection, statistical tests, sample sizes)
  • Adverse impact methodology (4/5ths rule, demographic categories, remediation)
  • Assessment design (SJT items, cognitive tests — future phases)
