Your Role in the Platform

Engineering builds the infrastructure, plumbing, and admin UI. You own the science content that makes the platform defensible:

  • Rubric defaults — the actual text in every configurable field (interviewer personality, scoring rules, probing strategies)
  • Competency anchors — what a 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mean for each competency
  • Scoring methodology — philosophy, thresholds, recommendation logic
  • Validity methodology — what data to collect, statistical tests, minimum sample sizes
  • Adverse impact methodology — 4/5ths rule implementation, demographic categories, remediation guidance
  • Assessment design — SJT items, cognitive test items, work samples (future phases)
