Getting Started Checklist
What to do in your first few weeks on the platform.
Week 1: Familiarize
- Log in to staging: staging.talentsystems.ai/admin
- Run a test interview: Create a posting, invite yourself, complete the interview, review the scorecard
- Read this portal: Focus on Interviewer Prompt, Scorer System, and Competency Framework
Week 2: Review Existing Defaults
- Competency anchors: Configuration > Competencies. All 8 behavioral competencies — are the 5-level anchors correctly calibrated?
- Scorer rubric: Configuration > Scorer Prompt. Review all 6 methodology fields (scoring philosophy, ownership rule, specificity rule, quantification bonus, coached response flag, adverse impact guidance)
- Interviewer rubric: Configuration > Interviewer Prompt. Review tone, probing style, hard rules, opening/closing scripts
- Integrity weights: Configuration > Integrity Monitor. Are deduction weights per flag type proportional to severity?
- Document all revision requests
Week 3: Make Changes & Test
- Update rubric fields via admin UI. Save with descriptive version names.
- Update competency anchors if any need revision
- Test with updated rubrics — run another interview, compare scorecard quality
- Begin adaptive rubric design: Phase 9 questions
Week 4+: Design Upcoming Features
- Complete adaptive rubric JSON — the most critical science deliverable
- Review validity data schema: Phase 13 questions (~3 hours)
- Begin situational rubric design for hypothetical interview scoring
