- Migration 032:
draftstatus added to postings, JD/competencies/questions made nullable - Draft API: relaxed validation on create (only title required), publish validation checks completeness
- Shared PostingForm component: extracted from duplicate create/edit pages — single component, full feature parity
- Unsaved changes modal: "Save Draft" option on create page
- UX: draft filter tabs on dashboard, indigo status badge, specific error messages for incomplete drafts
